Hull-based manufacturer Armtect has officially launched its groundbreaking Quad Gun Case, revealed for the first time at February’s British Shooting Show. Designed and manufactured in Britain, the new case is set to transform both local and international travel for shooters needing to transport multiple firearms.
The Quad Gun Case is the result of two years of dedicated development and marks the debut of the newly launched Armtect brand. While Armtect may be fresh to the market, the team behind it brings decades of experience in designing lightweight, ultra‑durable flight cases for the touring music industry. That proven expertise has now been channelled into a highly adaptable, precision‑engineered solution created specifically for the shooting community.
Dave Hutty, Armtect Director and designer of the case, said:
“I’m really proud of what we’ve created. I designed the Quad because I kept hearing the same frustrations from fellow shooters – and feeling them myself – about how awkward it was to travel with multiple guns safely and efficiently.
“The case is wheeled for ease and features four lockable catches, fully adjustable stock and barrel blocks and a neat feature to allow the lid to hang on the rear of the case. When open it can also be used as a standalone rack. I’ve been using the Quad myself for amateur competitions and it’s made life so much easier, even just travelling to our local club.”
The robust, flexible case system can be configured to suit a wide range of firearms and accessories.
Dave added:
“Because each case is hand‑built, we can also offer custom variations for shooters who need something outside the standard specification.”
